A place for each kind of thing.
The workspace is organized around three areas. The library is for reference material. Notes are for ideas and observations. Projects bring the material for a particular piece of work together.
The overview and this guide are public. The personal areas display an access notice when you are not signed in.

Useful organization starts with a clear name and a small amount of context. A reference belongs in the library; an evolving thought belongs in notes; related material for a specific task belongs with its project.
Use titles that explain the subject, keep source links with references, and separate working thoughts from finished material. A small, consistent structure is easier to revisit.
